I purchased torchwood with money, now it's opened by seedpackets, how I ask for refund?

Im afraid it does not work that way. I think its a responsibility issue unfortunately
You can't. That's the irony. Old users like me never bought Torchwood. Now we can get seediums like it for free. EA's really becoming grEAdy these days.
