Can someone explain to me why I need a PlayStation plus account to enter the mystery portal in the Town Hall? it worked last month and I didn’t have a subscription, only an EA games account and...

Arena Progress Achieved but Sakura Plant Remains Locked
I have already completed the Arena more than 500 times and have met the requirement to unlock the Sakura plant. However, the Sakura plant is still showing as locked.
