In this case you will need to ensure the game progress is backed up on Google Play for Android or Game Center for iOS and hope that when you reinstall the game to change the age, the progress is reloaded on the old device ready for email registration.
Please note that this is an open forum and it is not wise to post your unique player ID here to help people with ill-intentions who might want to have some funs with your account.
The problem is because he set his age to his actual age he can't register it with Google Play. The Google Play button is just not there at all. Also thanks for the tip about the Player ID, I didn't think about that so I removed it.
