Unable to collect 10 gems from “complete 8 daily activities”

It won’t let me collect my reward for completing 8 daily activities. This has been an issue for a long time, months likely. I’ve lost a lot of gems over the time. What typically works is completing other tasks and pressing “collect all” which doesn’t work all the time like today. Need this fixed because I’ve lost a lot of gems over this, and spent a lot of time completing activities unable to get the reward.
