Unable to make purchases

I have been unable to make purchases in Plants vs Zombies 2 for over a week.  I get an error message that says "Unable to complete purchase.  Please try again later."  There is no error code number. ...

This was two months ago you said the teams were looking into this.  Is there any progress?  Can we get this fixed???
