UPDATE - PvZ 2 Update 11.7.1 - All Progress Lost?

It had been less than a year since I last played / deleted pvz2 but it seems that after redownload of which it would usually ask "would you like to login to your account" has disappeared completely and had to play some stages but had me concern as it was unusual since usually it asks immediately after login to sync account. I did end up going to the main menu and try to sync but it had no effects and I still had all my achievements from Google play which was confusing

I updated 11.7.1 on iOS today. However, after entering the game, the pvz2 progress on all my devices was completely lost. All the plants, items, and Endless mode saves I had purchased were gone. And this is not the first time this has happened, it has happened three times since January this year. I am very worried about the update because I am afraid that I will lose the game save after the update. This is my game ID, I hope you can return my original game progress to me

The forum is made up of players, we are not EA, you need to contact them through the help centre to get your progress back,please remove you player ID for your own safety

The game recently updated on ios and has caused my progress to be wiped and reset to 0

Did u try going to EA Help Center with your players old ID # ? They might be able to help you. Be persistent! This is coming from the dog pound, so good luck in AFC North😁 ♥️🏈

I logged into my account today, I had to restart the tutorial, I redownloaded the game, and the identity selector completely doesn’t show my old account with end game progress. This progress was shown the last time this was brought up and is now fully gone

I'm sorry to post this here but I've tried to create a case on my phone, iPad, and this PC and multiple browsers on each but nothing allows me to create a case. I lost all my progress on plants vs zombies 2 after the recent update. I need someone to help me get it back. Same account as I am using on here. Thanks

Yesterday I had checked PvZ2 and I had all of my progress, but when I opened it today it made me redo the tutorial and start over again. When I check the achievements tab it has all of my achievements

Game progress lost
when i entered the game it forced me to reload the game data, then i lost all my account progress even though i logged back in, i tried again many times still no old game progress

I did the 9/15/24 update and afterward, it sent me all the way back to the tutorial level, however all of my achievements are still there. YEARS of progress missing. On top of that, EA forced me to create an account, EVEN THOUGH I clicked on "Continue Without Logging In". I'm on Game Center, and I communicated with an advisor, and the advisor was of absolutely no help at all, saying that s/he could not see any of my game info, even though I stated that I am on Game Center AND I attached a screen shot of my Player ID. This happens each and every time there is an update to Plants vs Zombies 2. Why is that?
