    Plants vs. Zombies 2 uses Google+ to sync your progress across your Android devices!  To enable this functionality, you will need to sign into your Google+ account in the game.

    1. Launch PvZ 2.
    2. In the lower right corner of the main menu, tap the g+ icon*.
    3. You will be prompted to log in.

    * If you have already logged in, your icon will instead resemble a gaming controller. You can tap it to view your Achievements and Leaderboard standings.

    Did you log into your Google+ account in-game? What happened then?

My players profile cant be seen it’s prompting me to make a new one and start over again....

@tushar111111111 Were you playing on a guest account or one that was linked?

    Surely not the guest account
    It should be linked because i always sign in before starting to play.....
    I was just wondering if i can be recovered....

      I'Ve got the same problem. Used to parallely play on two devices. Always logged in using G+ and could select the one profile i had. Since yesterday the game keeps promting me to create a new profile and start over. Is there any way to recover my saves?

      Other games don't seem to be affected as I can still use them on both devices and have no problem playing my saved games using G+.
