Personally, my best plant combo is a Dusk-Lobber with Moonflowers, Enchant-Mint, Spear Mint, Snapdragon, and Starfruit. I like this combo because it can take care of literally any zombie on the map. I also get some personal satisfaction when I see a Garg on the far left get hypnotized.
What are the combos that work best for you/ the ones that are the most fun, even if not that efficient in killing zombies.

Pokra + Spear-mint = gg
I find that just planting MF is very slow
So I use Sunshroom or Primal Sunflower + Enlighten-mint for that initial Burst of sun, then MF +DL
For Pinata Tracker I use mints only
(Spear, Fila, Enchant, Conceal, Pepper, ...)
I find witch hazel/ enchantmint in my mastery profile gives interesting results as there is a varying degree of mastery applied to each plant used so on occasion i can end up with a boosted hypnoshroom or something equally wacky.
For fun, I use Intensive Carrots to bring back the disappeared Puff-shroom. 👿
