The 5,000 coin seed packets come back after the update.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM It came back last night without the update though~~ i remembered it came back at the same time solar tomato got changed to a seedium
Sorry, i thought they weren't there until after the update.
I have just checked mine and can also confirm they are back.

All power mints are 'seasonal'. They are on a rota and available for a set period.
There is also an improve-mint 'season' or event if called correctly, where all the power mints are available at once except Enlighten-mint as it is being seen as Arena plant by EA's logic.
We have not have this Improve-mint event for a while now so I would expect this is going to happen soon so start saving your mint (tokens).
