When I login in my pvz2 account it put me on tutorial

Hey @demoliser , by any chance did you ever write down your player ID? This would help our advisors to find your old account with your progress.

If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

This takes about 5 minutes. 

If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

The player id number that you need is the old one, this is because when this happens, you automatically get issued a new account that starts from scratch with a new player id number.

The new player id number is no use to EA HELP CENTER in locating your missing account, they need the old one.

You could try using EA's email registration scheme (if you signed up for it) which only takes a few minutes.

If you have the old player id number, you have to contact EA HELP CENTER directly and get them to make a missing content report.

I had this happen the other week, too. I had backed up my account with an email address but had issues restoring it. Fortunately, EA was able to restore all of my progress when I chatted with them. I can't remember if I had my old player ID or not though, just for sure the email address I backed it up to.
