Which are the Halloween plants and are they available for Gems in shop ??

I want to buy Shadow Peashooter and Ghost chilli . But I don't know when they appear in shop ?? And are they even Available in in shop for gems in Halloween ??? And are they coming in this Halloween ...

@MAGICDAVESHROOM   Thanks for the Information.  This is EAvil.  I thought I read it somewhere that it was not intentional but guess they could not resist.
