Why can't EA support fix this ongoing unable to make purchase issue ?

Please tell about your experience with support, have someone got helped whit this unable to make purchase issue and how ? Tried troubleshooting, updated creditcard, contacted google play , change...

@Golvmoppen Are you getting an error message when trying to make a purchase or what is happening?

About the quest menu cannot close...
