Why can't EA support fix this ongoing unable to make purchase issue ?

Please tell about your experience with support, have someone got helped whit this unable to make purchase issue and how ? Tried troubleshooting, updated creditcard, contacted google play , change...

Yes. I bought a new phone and the first time I downloaded game from Google play store before syncing my player ID it worked. This is obviously linked to my player ID. So yes it's still there "unable to make purchase" 😠.
Sorry, didn't see these before because stopped playing the game. It just made me upset and dissapointed when it continued and continued though I asked for help from support 😔

And now there's no update available so problems are continuing 😢
If you have any possibility to make tech help please contact them, this has been going on for a long time.

  @Golvmoppen What country are you in? Perhaps your country is under sanctions.
  At least there are also such reasons for problems with purchases.

    No , I'm in Finland. No sanctions here and it worked before I synced my data.
