Why is ea using bots for customer support?

I am trying for a week now to get my GOOGLE PLAY ACCOUNT PROGRESS because I had uninstalled the game years ago, reinstalled it now and I LOST ALL MY PROGRESS. I emailed EA support and all I get is automated bot messages. I thought they were humans at first but then I realised that they are not even answering my questions! A multi billionaire company cannot hire real humans for support? Is this a joke?

EDIT: I downloaded the game through bluestacks AND GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK! You may close this now! I am so happy!

Sorry you're having issues recovering your progress!

Emails are not the most reliable way to get help. I would suggest you to use our chat support instead, you should have access to it through this link: Contact EA Help

OK so live chat support. I CAN'T FIND IT OR IS NOT ABAILABLE IN GREECE. If emails are not the best way to get help THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS OPTION?! Anyways, I am so disappointed that I might just quit trying to get my account back since I see that you don't care about players.
