@coolasice08 -- I hate it when things don't work right!  OK, here's the deal:  This site is a player-helping-player forum, and other than to mention that you aren't the first to report similar issues, I don't have a fix for this particular problem, so you will need to contact a game advisor.  From one of the sticky posts above, here is the info on troubleshooting:

You can also contact Customer Support from within the game on iOS and Android by tapping Help in the game’s Main Menu, then filling out the form that appears in a browser window.
