I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this issue. If so please let us know the following information:
- Device:
- Player ID:
- Date/Time issue started:
- Is your account connected/backed up?
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)?

- Player ID: 9EB5702A-A87F-4B51-83F2-4BE454A1056A
- Date/Time issue started: 2 month ago, after I swap my billing method (I change to new teletelecommunications, I have tried remove old payment method but not work)
- Is your account connected/backed up? Yes
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)? No
- Addition: I found the Google Play used to be launch after I start game, but this not happen any more. And that is no option to reconnect to Google Play (Even I try 1. Re-install, 2. Purchase other game with Google Play, 3. Turn on-off the 2FA purchase). This is not affect I can check the archivement from in-game menu. So maybe these information can help you out!
