PVZ 3 - Make Cherry Bomb and others both regular plants and power-ups

It's actually a very good idea, although I prefer that the instant-use plants are added as boosters and you choose them before the battle.

@hackfuegos Same, i dislike levels designed around making you want to use powerups.

At least in PvZ2, the powerups were unessisary
