Support 60 FPS+ gameplay.

The game looks so laggy. Not to mention the overall animations, every time I navigate through the map is a torture. Please allow 60 FPS+ rendering.

The entire industry is providing 60 FPS even 120 FPS gameplay, including the Scapes series, I have no idea why you limit your game to 30 FPS. It just looks terrible. Fix it.
