Bug Report for Plants vs. Zombies 3 - Game Freezes After Levels

I have been playing Plants vs. Zombies 3 and have completed all levels. I joined events such as the tugboat Tub race, but every time a level finishes, the game freezes and prevents me from collecting the coins (see the attached screenshot). I have to force-close the app and restart it, but the issue recurs each time I start a new level, causing it to freeze again. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am playing on iOS 17.6.1.

Please note that I also tried logging in and playing on my Android phone using the same email, but the game froze there as well. I believe this is a bug that needs to be addressed by EA.
