A BUG ON MY GAME
Hello, well yesterday I was playing on my game plants vs zombies 2 and then after not playing I got in the game again and my money and fuel were negative meaning that’s I don’t have any money o fuel that I want to use cause I can’t play or level up my plants , and a friend tried to help me but it only works on a android device so I just want to have my money and my fuel cause I just wanna get progress in the game cause I had to spend money in time cause I have this account since years and I always played on a iPad. I don’t know what happened or if someone got into my account and just put all everything negative, I just want a solution.Not Registering My Collection of Free Daily Gift From Shop in the Daily Quests.
Why is it not registering that I collected my free gift or planted a plant in the Zen garden for my Daily Quest rewards? Had to do the plant twice and can no longer collect a gift as I received it but the quest did not update....
Coins balance negative
Hello, On my account I noticed that my coins are -578,927,578(i suspect due to an integer overflow) I cannot purchase anything with coins since it s negative and conidered <0. I tried reaching the support. The solutions were pretty much like: Restart the app, Install/Uninstall and lately the team told me that they will investigate once someone else reports the error. 2 months and still no solution. Anyone else facing the same problem ?Latest update brought game back to zero
In PvZ heroes, my account just randomly got logged out and now it wont let me log back in, I enter my email. It sends a verification code, but when I enter it, nothing happens, and the screen gets stuck on the verify page, so Im effectively locked out of my account, I can still log into other accounts for some reasonALL MY PROGRESS HAS BEEN RESET AFTER THE UPDATE
Wtf is happening??????? Why is everything returned to THE BEGINNING and I have to start the game all over again after the update??? This **bleep** bug is bulls** Logging in with my registered ID but it didn’t show my old ID and all data was ridiculously lost :)) Are you really doing your job and wtf are you thinking you useless idiot dumbas* EA? Lame updates, lame plants and events and now taking all data away from users?????? GIVE ME BACK MY ACCOUNT AND GAME PROGRESS!! 😡😡Harvest Festival Big bug
Ok, so had hoped recent update would solve your issue. Harvest Festival is bad. I win and it shuts down. I get only back end credit but it doesn’t check off. Which means I can’t achieve the other challenges. Hell, sometimes when I am loading my plants and start it boots me out after deducting like I lost. Where is QA department?. Fix it! and no screen shots of failure exist as its just a bug that closes the application.
