Error message re purchasing
I am getting the following message when I try to make a purchase. “You already have an in-progress transaction for the requested product.” It does it on anything I try to purchase. I’ve updated and that doesn’t help. I’m afraid if I delete and reload the game I will lose all my progress. I'm guessing somebody's already flagged this bug as it's been around for ages but the title says it all. Game freezes when I destroy a plant with Nibble. It's been months so I hoped it would be fixed by now but it's incredibly irritating to the point where I can't use that card anymore. In an attempt to resolve this, I opened several cases (mentioned above), and the agents (also mentioned) had long conversations with me but did not resolve this "bug", if we can call it that? The agent "Agent Abdessamed b" ended the conversation with me present and answering all the questions. He told me to request a refund through Steam, which is no longer possible due to the dates for the purchase made on February 16, 2025. As for the purchase today, March 7, 2025 (today), I cannot contact Steam support, as it says I need to speak with EA Games support. Well, I am opening this thread due to the whirlwind of confusion my mind can no longer process! I am an adult and autistic, and I have stated that I am not dishonest and always pay my bills. I really love this game, but I buy something in it and get nothing. What can you advise or help me with? I know there are competent people in the company, and I hope this doesn't scam me today or tomorrow. I apologize for the length of the text. I tend to be verbose and can't "summarize" my thoughts in a few words. I feel wronged by a company with a name like EA Games, and I want to believe it was just a "bug," and that the company isn't interested in stealing such a small amount. This discourages its players. I haven't had issues with other purchases here. But now, a game I loved so much, will I no longer be able to buy anything in the future? Why can't these employees solve my problems? daily missions
I completed all the daily missions but it shows as they still need to be completed. One of the missions is winning the daily challenge, in which you only are granted 1 entry. Since Ive already won it, I cannot play it again, and that's not allowing me to complete all the daily missions and retrieve the reward pack.162Views0likes0CommentsEnd of level and the game crashes?
After winning a level when you can collect coins, the game crashes (the moment at which it crashes - see the attached screenshot). You cannot collect coins or exit to the game menu. You need to exit to the phone's home screen, close the game and restart it. The problem did not disappear after reinstalling the game. I have been playing Plants vs. Zombies 3 and have completed all levels. I joined events such as the tugboat Tub race, but every time a level finishes, the game freezes and prevents me from collecting the coins (see the attached screenshot). I have to force-close the app and restart it, but the issue recurs each time I start a new level, causing it to freeze again. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I am playing on iOS 17.6.1. Please note that I also tried logging in and playing on my Android phone using the same email, but the game froze there as well. I believe this is a bug that needs to be addressed by EA. Plants Vs Zombies 3 The game is freezing after each level I click continue and it does not go further. I have to come out of the game and reload it for it to proceed from where it froze. After the next level it does the same again. This issues coincides with when I applied the latest update. Platform: Android Device Model: Nokia G300 Operating System: Android 11 Where Issue Occurs: Anywhere in the game at seemingly random points in time. Issue: I'll just be playing the game like normal, and it'll just start lagging really bad. The lag is so heavy that my phone's System UI starts lagging and I can't even go to my home screen. I often end up having to restart my phone since it's the only thing I can access with the lag. I've had this happen numerous times while on the map, and in levels. It also happens very variably from anywhere between a minute or two in and an hour or two. Luckily most times I was in levels, I was about to win. The last time frustrated me to no end though. I was just about through a very easy level, but it was like 3 flags long so it was taking a while. It starts lagging right as the Final Wave is about come out and then crashes. I wouldn't have cared if ended there though, but no. I reloaded the game and realized it counted it as a loss. Because of that, I lost my Threepeater power ups. I then had two of the most annoying levels possible to deal with after all that. I had to restart my save in the 18.0.6 update from square one yesterday because of forgetting to link my progress. When I say I didn't find a single level I disliked up to that point (just over 100 levels in), I mean it. I really love what you all have done to improve the game since the soft-launch. I can look at how far it's come since then, and see the care you guys have put into having it be as best as can be for a full release. I know this issue will get fixed at some point, so I'm not too worried about it now. My luck usually goes bad when it's least convenient, so I'm at least used to this kind of thing happening by now. Previously the same Campground music was playing, but after update 18 no music is playing When finishing the levels the musical effects are a bit messed up, collecting coins plays after they are collected (and before too). Platform: Android Device Model: Galaxy A51 Operating System: Android 12.0 Where Issue Occurs: During regular level gameplay (NOT during CYS screen) Issue: The bottom of the 5th seed slot has a deadspot where it can not be pressed I noticed that in the 18.0.6 update, the 5th slot during gameplay is not selected if you tap on its lower half. I am not sure if this happens with other devices or not, but it is very annoying since I have to press the top half of the 5th seed packet in order to select it (this has caused me to almost lose a few levels because I clicked the bottom of the seed packet and it did not select the plant) Possibly could be caused by Grapes of Wrath overlaying the packet? Not sure. I do know that this did not happen in previous updates, and it does not matter if the 5th slot is Potato Mine or not (which is the plant I had selected in the screenshot below) Rough estimation where the deadspot is on my device: Can test more if needed, thank you431Views0likes1CommentBug
