[FIX RELEASED] Unable to log in after May 11/12 update - Error 004:1101
After the update, my game errors out at ~64%, restarting doesn't help. I had 1 Iceberg Lettuce and 2 Winter Greens in pots, one of them in the 4th pot when the update happened. If it is because of pots, I would literally prefer to get my current plants in pots deleted. I'm kinda missing out on playing every day. I made multiple purchases and when i logged in recently i found out my items and data was wiped our by EA, which i than contacted help support who refused to refund me for the items i purchase which i did not get or even restore the item all they did was send this message and close the chat. my account was linked to EA account and google play account which both i have connected and tried been contacting ingame support to which the answer was the same as see in the screenshot "Please note that previous progress is wiped and currency earned in previous verision is not transferred" so the money i spent in buying things get deleted which i paid money for is gone? so i purchase the product with my hard earn money for nothing? i am not donating to the game and they offer compensation which wasnt what i purchased and the value of the compensation doesn't even match what i purchasedEcimLazy6 days agoSeasoned Newcomer112Views0likes3CommentsThe game made an error and won't let me play anymore

Can't Receive Purchased Items
Hello, I’m playing on my iPhone, and my account is set to Ireland. Today I purchased the Plant Pass, while the system told me “The purchase was successful,” the game showed: “Something went wrong with this purchase. Please restart the app to try again.” I thought it might fix itself after a while, so I then bought the Starter Pack. However, the Starter Pack contents still never arrived. I bought it two more times, and then realized that my card was charged every single time. I tried restoring purchases, but it says “No Purchases to Restore.” What should I do?
