Energy Refill Pack
Back in December during the Feastivus events I had used the gems to purchased about 2000 energy refills to play the current MGP Adventures. 40 gems for 80 energy refills. I chatted with customer service who was no help at all and insisted I post on this forum. I’ve been playing since 2017, love this game but extremely terrible customer service. I want to know why my purchased has suddenly disappeared.HELP! PVZ GW2 Launch issue!
Need some help please! Everytime I log onto PVZ GW2 on my PC through EA, it just kicks me out. I get the error message after the game startup window closes (crashes). Pic attached. Does anyone know what could be going on?! I’ve contacted EA chat and they don’t know either! Thanks!Purchase coins not showing in wallet
When I buy coins the purchase goes through. Charged to credit card 4 times now. But I still have the same amount of coins in wallet and cannot purchase the cattails. This is for an apple iPad. Restarted the iPad. Still doesn’t work. Also pushing an iPad apple update now to see if that’s the issue
Pvz Replanted Zen Garden bug
Good morning, I want to inform you that there is a bug in the game PvZ Replanted, where when obtaining the watering can from the Zen Garden, Crazy Dave's dialogue appears but it doesn't allow the dialogue to progress and it gets stuck. (CM: Thread moved from ES EA App to EN Plants vs. Zombies. Please post in the language of the board.)Eror
screen when i just installed the app instead of (pvz 3),I want to play the game, but when I'm on the loading screen, there's an error, why???!!?!!, I'm confused even though the game has just been installed and my internet is running smoothly without lag, there's a command to refresh and it still doesn't work.

Hi! I bought Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. The game won't launch! I've tried everything! I bought it through Steam. It won't launch, I changed my username, and I reinstalled Windows. I updated my drivers, ran EVERY file as administrator, reinstalled the game three times, and verified the integrity of the files five times. I reinstalled DirectX. Help!
