Hello EA team,

I believe I have encountered the same sticker reward softlock bug, but my issue was triggered by the previous Plant Pass expiring.

I had an unclaimed Lightning Reed sticker from the previous Plant Pass. When the pass expired, the game automatically claimed the sticker, and the reward screen became permanently stuck.

Every time I log into my account, the same screen appears. Tapping produces sound, but the screen does not respond. I tested the same account on two different iPads and reinstalled the game, but the issue persists. Guest mode works normally.
