Cannot watch ads to get gems, coins & gauntlets.

Hello, I cannot watch ads to get gems, coins or gauntlets. It just keeps saying 'you have reached your max views for the day' (same message day after day) I uninstalled and had to go through all the early levels to get back to settings and pick my current profile. That fixed it for 2 days then it reverted to doing the same thing again.
