Can't play pvz3
Every time I time I try to play the game it says there is an unexpected error. And i live in the netherlands, so this should also not be an issue

To look into this, we would need a bit more information. Could you let us know the following:
- a screenshot of the error
- your device make and model
- Did it work before or has this been occurring since the first time you launched the game?
- your player ID, which you can find in the settings. If you can't get that far, that's fine. I can't give my ID because I can't get that far into the game. My device is a samsung note 20

- Were you able download the game from the Netherlands Google play store without issue?
- What language is your device set to?
- Have you tried any mobile troubleshooting steps yet?
