Cant play

What is your Player ID? I dont know
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Nothing happen its normal
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Connection Type Wifi
In which country are you located? Philipines
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. At home
What kind of issue do you have? Stuck on the loading screen
What happens when the bug occurs? Stuck at the loadong screen
What do you expect to see? Cant load
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know

    If this is still occurring are there any additional details you can provide, eg:

    • What device language are you using?
    • Do any error messaged pop up?
    • Are you downloading the game from your local app store?
    • Does it still happen after reinstalling the game?
