Devour Bloom causing crashes

Whilst playing the Harvest Festival event, I noticed an interaction with Devour Bloom and Sticky Bomb Rice that caused crashes.

When a zombie is stunned by Sticky Bomb Rice, using a Devour Bloom on said zombie will immediately crash the game. On the easy mode of the final level, both plants are given to the player, so this is likely to be encountered by others. I also encountered another crash on an earlier level after using Devour Bloom, though I'm not sure what caused that one - I imagine that some plants inflict status effects that Devour Bloom does not correctly interact with.

This is frustrating as it essentially makes you lose 20 energy for the day unless you pay with gems to replenish the lost energy.
