Game locked in Potato Mine Totorial?

So I have literally JUST started the game, on Adventures level 1, but its locked in this tutorial. I literally cannot do anything. It wants me to use the Potato Mine, but I haven't unlocked it yet and dont have 25 sun.

Not sure if I am just doing something wrong but I cant tap anything, like literally nothing.

I am using an Android, app version 32.0.10?

I have tried restarting the app, clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I still get put in the same loop with no way out or way to progress. Only thing I haven't tried yet is unlinking my Google play account, but I only have one so would rather not do that if it can be helped.
