Levels are bugged.

hello there, when i go to the events and click the ‘try hard levels for the wild west for x25 gems’ and it keeps making me retry the first level and i pass every time. Also every time i do finish the match it brings me to the arena.. which i don't know why. I believe it’s bugged out please and thank you!
