- What are your device's make and model?(Example:Samsung Galaxy 24):
- Did you get the build from the Google play store or another source:
- When did the issue occur, was it sudden after logging in on another device, or after an update etc?:
- Were you able to progress on the same accounts on both devices, without any warnings or issues before you lost your data?:
- Any other details you can give to help us find the bug?:
To clarify, you played as guest on tablet, created a new EA account and linked it. Then you played as guest on your Mobile until you were able to link your account and you linked your EA account which carried over your progress from your tablet? Then you went to play on your tablet again your progress was gone on both devices?
