Hello EA Support,

I have lost all my progress in Plants vs. Zombies on my iPhone. My account was linked to Game Center with the nickname "Бліда білка 37". After an app glitch, the game reset to Day 1-1 and created a new profile named "NASTIA".

My old PlayerID was: 18133013477.

My Game Center email is: [edit: email address removed].

I have already tried reinstalling the app and reconnecting Game Center, but my progress did not return. Please help me restore my levels and achievements to my current device. I have attached screenshots of my Game Center profile and my old PlayerID for verification.
