Reach out of ingame support for refund or restore my purchases all of the ingame chat support close the chat and refuse to help all stating the same answer "Please note that previous progress is wiped and currency earned in previous verision is not transferred". went to EA help website for refund also refused ask me to contact ingame support. went back and forth both platforms to no answer since 26 apri
