[New Report] Oops! Error Message When Launching Game

[ Spoiler ] I am clicking the restart but still have same message. i used force close, cleared data but still can't fix the issue.

    İ have the same eror my device is iphone xr i tried everything even talked to the support please answer

        Yes ım trying still sir ı growed up with this franchire not able tryout the new game is harsh please reply me when it works
