Can't Receive Purchased Items

Question

Hello, I’m playing on my iPhone, and my account is set to Ireland. Today I purchased the Plant Pass, while the system told me “The purchase was successful,” the game showed: “Something went wrong with this purchase. Please restart the app to try again.” I thought it might fix itself after a while, so I then bought the Starter Pack. However, the Starter Pack contents still never arrived. I bought it two more times, and then realized that my card was charged every single time. I tried restoring purchases, but it says “No Purchases to Restore.” What should I do? Has anyone else had the same issue?

What location is your storefront?

Hi i'm using iPhone 16 Pro, and my storefront is Ireland. I participated in the beta test in 2024, and installed this version over the previous build.

Thanks for the extra details! You mentioned you set your account to Ireland, for the Apple store, you would need to be using a payment method that matches supported storefront region in order to complete a purchase with real world currency. Is Ireland your usual account &amp; storefront when making purchases on mobile games?

Yes it is. My payment method was my account balance, which obviously matches my storefront region.

And it's not anything like I tried to purchase but it declined. The game charged me, but no product was given.
