[New Report] Oops! Error Message When Launching Game

[ Spoiler ] I am clicking the restart but still have same message. i used force close, cleared data but still can't fix the issue.

    Would you be able to try again on the latest version of the game, 10.0.22 and let me know if this issue is still occurring for you?
