Plant vs zumbi heroes. Bug.

I'm Brazilian and for 2 years now the game has been bugged in Portuguese and I can't find a match. If I change the language on my phone to English, I can solve the problem. Can you please solve this ridiculous bug? I have videos of people using a hack to copy infinite cards and I would like to report it, but there is no easy report button. Thank you.
