Problem with a Purchase

In the game: Planta VS Zombies 2

Two days ago, I purchased a plant in the mobile game Plants vs. Zombies 2. When I made the purchase, an error appeared, and I did not receive the item. Unfortunately, I was still charged for it. I have the purchase receipt, but I have not been given the item.

I have tried to get help through all available channels, but when I press "Help" within the game, I get an Error 404 – page not found. I need to receive the plant I paid for, and if necessary, I can provide the receipt. What I don’t think is fair is that I have been asking for help for two days and have been ignored.
