PVZ Hero’s Glitch

I’ve been playing PVZ Hero’s for a while, I haven’t deleted/recently reinstalled the game. Also, I haven’t logged out or changed account at all, I just went in like any day to keep my challenge streak going. Additionally, I finished all 200 of both the plant and zombie missions. I logged in today finding myself to have to go through the intro tutorial again. Additionally, I lost all my cards, gems, mission progress, and I don’t even have the zombie missions unlocked anymore. I have absolutely nothing and have to start again from scratch. I guess EA rewards players by erasing all of their progress. Great game.
