Thanks for your report, would you be able to provide more details around this to help our investigation?

  1. What is the error you are seeing when you try to connect?
  2. Could you provide your Player ID?
  3. What's your device's make and model?
  4. Was the game downloaded via the play store?
  5. What region is your google play store?

If there is any other information you think may help please do add them!
