“EA account is invalid”
Everytime I try to play an EA game it says my EA account is invalid. But I’ve never made an EA account I’ve only used my Xbox account.

Community ManagerThere is no Xbox gamertag on the account you're posting with. That would mean you have 2 different EA accounts. Your gamertag would be linked to a different one. Have you tried logging in with all of your known email addresses? Also, you should try going to www.origin.com and resetting your password. That may help with this.
I made this account so I could get help on this issue. It does not ask for me to login.

Do you have access to the email on the other EA account that your gamertag is linked to? If so, you should be able to verify ownership and log in at www.origin.com to update the password. Try that and let me know if it helps.Yeah. It’s the email I used to make this account.

You can't have the same EA account with 2 different email addresses. The account your gamertag is on, is using a different email address. That's the one you need to sign in with and try resetting the password.
