%-bar is stuck at 94%

Hello guys, I have a big problem. I can not play the game because i'm stuck in the pre-game with citron. The bar is stuck at 94%. I played until my citron was level 3 and i can not complete the pre...

    @Nightmare-Helios - Can you close the application down, turn the PS4 off and pull the cable out for 60 seconds. Then boot back up and see if it will finish installing.

    Failing that you can try to reinstall the game. I'd recommend letting it completely finish before jumping into the game to play early - just to see if that then works for you once it's complete.

I downloaded PVZ GW2 on the PS4. I closed the game serval times and looked at the download status and was completely installed, but still... It gives the same errors. Is it recommended to reinstal it?
