10x and 5x hero boosts, when do you get 10x and 5x tickets?

I have never found the answer anywhere, but let's say Impinity is currently 10x boost. I win and I get 10x tickets. I win again with Impinity still displayed as 10x, but I only get 1x tickets. Is this the expected behavior where you can only get each boost one time? If so, how long do I have to wait to get 10x again? How do I know if I really am going to get 10x or 5x playing a hero listed as such instead of just getting 1x tickets in reality? Is there some sort of refresh interval or something?

There is indeed a limit on the amount of time you can use a ticket boost @abc1531546895. When you are allowed to use a ticket boost, the ticket boost will be shown in a red colour, but when you cannot, it will be shown as grayed out, meaning that if you try to gain the ticket boost again, you cannot. Once you have used either the 5x or 10x ticket boost, you will need to wait 4 hours to use either of these ticket boosts again. However, you can reduce this refresh time by paying gems, the amount you have to pay depends on how long you have left to wait, it will take longer if you have to wait longer. Also, if the week ends and you miss out on an event card, you can pay gems in order to get as many as you want, the amount of gems you have to pay depends on how many tickets you had toward the card, so consider that if you want to get more of an event card, as that will be your last chance. This is how the events work the boosted tickets like for example x10 is only used between a 4 hr cooldown and you can only use that boosted ticket multiplayer every 4 hrs I recommend putting an alarm every 4 hrs during the day and just play on casual to maximize your tickets. You can go on the main screen and tap on the left button where it says weekly event and there should be a bottle with shiny blue things in there(if didn't use ticket multiplier yet and when it's empty it should be saying refills within the time left it says on the game. You can also see which heroes have the ticket multiplier by clicking collection on the main screen then decks on the top it should show you which heroes have the x10 or x5 depending the heroes you have unlocked I almost have all the event cards still working on super rares and legends and I am only missing huge giganticus which I'm still waiting for in the shop so I can spend my 20,000 gems (which if you're interested I saved up and free to play) so if you want to add me my username in the game is deathkiller90.
