2 different ea accounts on different systems

I have just picked up garden warfare 2 on my fairly new PS4. I made a new EA account on my ps4 but I had just today learned about the pvz loyalty program and importing characters. I had the original garden warfare on my 360. Can I still import over to my ps4??

And also, when I level up characters in GW2, do we get level up packs? If so, how do I redeem them?

Unfortunately, EA have ended the loyalty program (you're 5 months too late), so you won't be able to, and you would've needed to use the same EA account on the PS4 as the one on your Xbox 360, so sorry about that. The way you would have done it would've been via the mailbox in the backyard.
