2 last patches damaged my other programs!!!
So there were two patches for BfN on PC, and after both of them i had some serious problems.
Skype won't launch, Battle.net won't launch and showed critical error note, some game in Steam also won't launch(like Vermintide 2), Uplay won't launch!!
That happens TWISE right after patches got installed in BfN.
I had to reinstall launchers, and check games files(And yes games had damaged files)!!
Please, i don't to repair all stuff again after next patch.

Sorry to hear this happened to you.
However, I don't think that Origin or Battle for Neighborville would have an impact on these other Programs / Game Launchers you're speaking of.
I use multiple different game launchers as well, and haven't had this issue before, even with the Patches/Updates.
