What is killing me even more is that I've done the grind already for the PC version. My son just got a PS4 for Christmas and now we have to do it all over again??? Why! Come on ☹️. We did the work, spent a lot of coins. Why couldn't they just transfer that progress when we did the character import. If they can transfer the GW1 PC version info, they could have done an update to transfer GW2 info, no? Speaking of updates, did they change the drop rate for the zany zombopolis pack? When I opened those packs on the PC, I was able to get legendaries much quicker than I'm getting on the PS4.
When the Zany Zombopolis Pack first appeared in the shop, for the first month or two maybe, it seemed like that Pack couldn't shove Legendary pieces into my hands fast enough but speaking with other players since then it seems that I was either phenomenally lucky with the drop rate or it's been adjusted at some point over the months since I completed my roster of characters.
When Frontline Fighters debuted It dropped all the character pieces for every new character except for Commando Corn within me spending a few hundred thousand of my horded PvZ coins but then refused to give me any piece of Commando Corn until I had spent close to another 5 million PvZ coins.
I'm at the point now that I simply make certain that I have several million PvZ coins stashed away both for Rux's visits and also against the possibility of new variants which need to be dropped from new Sticker Packs.
Yup. It was like that for me too. Thanks for the verification. Oh well. Back to grinding. I'm trying to take advantage of the sale while I can. Rux has been unexpectedly disappointing with his offerings for me considering we have very little on the PS4.
Rux's shop hasn't had anything really interesting for me in a while outside of the brand new stuff which they're releasing through him. I suspect that it's because I have either all of, or at least the majority of, the Legendary and Super Rare items in the the game now.
I'm also trying to take advantage of the Valanbrainz Sale; I've got about another 1500 or so items to go so I'm hoping to get a hundred or two while the packs are on sale.
