Pea class and Foot soldiers desperately need a boost. These are supposed to be, like the corn, first line of fire characters but the overall performance is rather mediocre.
They don't need to nerf any more characters, what they need to do is to boost the rest... the challenge is doing it without destroying the game in the process. Look what happened with Rose, a single class caused chaos in both teams.
By that logic solider should be played the most on zombies. It isn't. Not even close. People don't play what's generic and common they play whatever works. Right now, corn has 3 damage abilities, 150 health and good auto damage. People play him because plants suck and the only way to cap anything is just to have 5 corns spamming abilities
