50 rainbow star chest not working

I cant open the 50 rainbow star chest on the new event it says i have opened it when havent i need help because i want to open it

I opened the chest last week and today only the 10 and 30 star chests were closed again O.o 
I didnt open the 50* chest but it was already opened

Can anybody help me pls`?

I have the same issue. Hoping there is a quick fix for it so I can get the last key and finish the Trials quest!
