A bad cheat in PVZBFN

Question

Just like many people's situation,all of my characters' rank become very high and I can't play PVP mode.(P1),I have been hurt by them for a long time.
P2:The cheater changed his dialog box to abuse me.
P3:Someone turned me into a bucket zombie.

Please turn my rank and my PVZBFN back to normal and punish the cheaters.
