About 80's action hero stupid survivability

The amount of times I cheat death as 80s because of his great survivability, I can’t say. He needs some damage drop off, a longer cool down for Dynamite Dodge and longer cool down for Rocket Ride, perhaps.
@TheSprinter85 its frustrating to play against him. All granmaster 5 i played against do the same: sniper, and if you start to shoot him or get too close, they use instant rocket ride. If you're not dead (most the time you'll be dead) they just shoot you with an unchanged shoot to deal instant 17-20 damage or run away until they find another zombie.
Dynamite dodge needs more cooldown (80's have 150 hp, they won't die instantly to need to escape that frequently), rocket ride needs a lot more cooldown and his uncharged shots need a damange reduction. It's really boring fighting against this zombie >:0
