My biggest issues with the action hero are his full charge shot 1HKOing acorns and nightcap and the cooldown of his rocket ride allowing it to be used as an engagement (ie: used on sight of a single target) tool rather than for its group clearing.
I find 80's hard to manage so I think it's fine.
