If you come in close and constantly move, it's much harder for the player to hit you. The person will most likely charge up his shot, having 1 chance to hit you. His ability's make up for his primary. Rocket ride can be threat, most characters can avoid it, or you could go below where his blind spot is.
For me his feels balanced, that's just my opinion
- 6 years ago@Multiwarfare I understand that his primary is hard to use but i have to disagree because it's not that hard to land a shoot and even if it was they mostly run until they can hide or until his rocket ride charges up. His rocket ride it's hard to dodge for an average player and it's blind spot is just beneath him so it is not that often you can cover. My biggest problems with him is his 17 damage with uncharged shoot and his instant escape abilities having low cooldown.
