About 80's action hero stupid survivability

@JoaoCandido2201 80's Action Hero only has the 150 hp because of his Rocket Ride. He lifts himself high up into the air and he's a still target. He exposes himself up there and more than half of the time he gets vanquished because of that. Peashooter counters 80's Action Hero quite well because if 80's Action Hero is using Rocket Ride, you can use Pea Suped to fly up in the air and all of the missiles will miss, giving you the advantage and you will land all of the direct hits onto him.
@Joseph2004045 My biggest problem it's not him having 150 hp, it's him having powerful/useful abilities with low cooldown and his damange with his uncharged shoot.
As much as I like the 80s character, I do agree he is too strong. The damage to hp ratio makes no sense. You can one-shot any 100 HP character ( I know it's not exactly 100 but just for the sake of it). And as the character you have 150 HP, with instant escape and an insane ''oh *'' rocket ride.
